Theory and Method
The QualiTCS™ Adv Series operates as a closed-loop temperature control system that circulates a heat-transfer fluid through an external process, such as a reactor jacket, heat exchanger, thermal testing fixture, or other temperature-controlled equipment. The conditioned fluid returns to the unit, where precise heating or refrigeration adjusts its temperature before the next circulation cycle.
A high-performance circulation pump, temperature sensor, and intelligent host controller continuously monitor process conditions and regulate heating and cooling output to maintain the user-defined setpoint with excellent stability, even when thermal loads change during operation.
The programmable control system supports multi-step temperature profiles with configurable ramp and soak segments, making it suitable for repeatable laboratory procedures, pilot-scale development, and industrial production processes.
